The oil replacement time in the gearbox of the harvester is 50 hours, and it will be replaced every 400 hours in the future. When replacing the gearbox oil, the gearbox oil filter element should be replaced, and the filter in the gearbox should be cleaned or replaced. For the disassembly method, please refer to the following steps.

The filter in the transmission can only be removed after the oil in the transmission has been completely drained.
 
1. Remove the three M8 bolts on the gearbox housing as shown in the figure below, and remove the filter cover.
 
2. After removing the cover, as shown in the figure below, the filter can be taken out directly. The filter shaft is not in the middle position, so be careful when removing and installing.
 
3. Remove the filter. The parts are shown in the figure below. If the filter is dirty, please clean or replace it in time.

This filter is used as a filter on the side of the HST charge pump. If it is not cleaned in time, the charge pump may be blocked, and the charge pump may be damaged in severe cases.
 
When cleaning, first remove the pipe part connected to the filter, and then use compressed air from the inside of the filter to the outside to evenly blow the filter surface in an oblique direction. If there is no compressed air, tap the filter lightly and use a brush to remove debris from the outside of the filter.
